ETICS is a highly active and visible team within the European Project IT community. Since the project started in March 2008, ETICS has been present at many global events, delivering presentations and ensuring a high profile.

GTAC 2009 - Zurich, Switzerland
The Google Test and Automation Conference 2009 was held on 21-22 October in Zurich. ETICS 2 Project Co-ordinator Alberto Di Meglio gave a keynote speech on ETICS.DCABES 2009 conference - Wuhan, Hubei, China
16-19 October - the achievements concerning the workflow-based multinode deployment tests for desktop grid applications will be presented as part of a speech on EDGeS.QA&TEST conference - Bilbao, Spain

GridKA school - Germany

CTI workshop
The two day workshop on quality automation was co-organised by ETICS 2. It was an interesting opportunity to collect feedback from experts in the area and at the same time disseminate A-QCM model.CTI http://www.cenpra.gov.br/ is one of the few organisations that make software product quality evaluation and have substantial experience with the ISO/IEC 25000 standards.
CERN and Square Kilometre Array (SKA) project event
During the event a presentation of the ETICS system was given to representatives of the Square Kilometre Array (SKA) project, a multi-national collaboration to build a very large distributed radio-telescope, with similar software management needs as EGEE and WLCG.ETICS AHM, Budapest, Hungary
ETICS held its third very successful and productive All Hands Meeting at Budapest in Hungary on 22-24 June 2009. The full agenda and further information can be found here.
Hannover Messe, Germany
22nd April, VEGA presented ETICS 2 at the Hannover Messe event for SpaceTransfer09.
VEGA showcased ETICS 2's capabilities within the aerospace industry with this presentation, and several photos of the event are here, here and here.
Vega was also present on the ESA stand where brochures on ETICS were handed out and a video on ETICS was shown.

2-6 March 2009. ETICS 2 is presenting at the OGF25/EGEE User Forum on Integrating the ETICS services in the EGEE Grid Infrastructure.
